About Us
History
Shannon Associates was formed in 1993. Our purpose for starting the company was to provide affordable Novell network installations for small businesses trying to connect personal computers and share files between them. During 1999 John was exposed to a new Microsoft product called Windows Small Business Server. Envisioning this product as a highly useful and needed technology, which could revolutionize small business and allow them to compete with corporate giants, we started to market, install and support this product.
In February 2000, Shannon Associates Network Solutions, LLC became a Limited Liability Company as the origanization continued to grow.
Philosophy
As a technology company our commitment to our customers is to find methods of utilizing our current day and future technologies to help individuals, organizations and companies to have a less stressful day.
Our mission is to provide the highest level of support at a reasonable price. We want our customers to be awed by our level of commitment.
As president of SANS, my personal commitment is three rules:
1. The Customer is always right.
2. If the customer is not right, re-read rule 1.
3. Listen, Listen, Listen!!
