We Provide our MSP customers with Remote Monitoring. This insures we see a problem before it becomes a problem. This service includes On-Site and Remote Service. You will see a technician at least once a week. We call this our Pro Active approach.
Pre-Paid Hourly Contracts
We can provide your company pre-paid discounted hours used as you prefer to include:
- Repairs - Network Administrator - Projects
- Preventive Maintenance - Documentation
This plan includes a discounted remote support rate for those emergencies, when someone needs to troubleshoot immediately. (Not all troubleshooting can be done remotely)
